How does it work?
This unique system allows people using your site to submit ratings depending on how they found your overall service, they can even add a testimonial or comment if they wish, IP recognition is used so people will only be able to rate your site once. As soon as a rating is submitted your display bar will be updated and any customers coming to the site will be able to see how happy your previous customers were thus giving an element of trust and increasing the likelihood of people using your site.Just by looking at the rating bar you will know straight away that a site is trustworthy and looks after it's customers and if you want to know even more you can click on the 'eye' symbol on the ratings bar and it will show you all the comments and overall site rating
Why wouldn't people show their rating?
If people are running fraudulent sites, or are renouned for a bad service then they wouldn't want you to see this, so theres a possibility that no rating bar on the site may be a cause for concern - don't worry though, if you are not sure about a site and it doesn't show a ratings bar you can always check up on our 'Site check' feature on the home page.
